  3. Security Measures In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR and Art. 7 DSG, we implement appropriate technical measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, considering the state of the art. All stored data, especially passwords, are protected using AES encryption.
  4. Cooperation with Processors and Third Parties We disclose data to other individuals and companies only when legally permitted. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection when working with third countries.
  5. Data Transfers to Third Countries Data is only transferred to third countries (e.g., developers in Pakistan and Kosovo) when necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations, based on your consent, due to legal requirements, or our legitimate interests. We use SCCs to ensure a level of data protection equivalent to that in Switzerland and the EU.
  6. Processing Customer and Prospect Data We process personal data from customers and prospects necessary for service delivery, communication, and transactional processes. Data from contact forms is processed to respond to inquiries and establish customer contact.

  9. Data Storage and Deletion Personal data is retained only as long as necessary or required by law. After that, the data is deleted. Storage and transfers are securely handled and conducted only within Switzerland or countries with adequate protection levels, in line with legal requirements.
