Terms of Service

1. Parties & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between: Operator: Innopulse Consulting GmbH, Zug, Switzerland (Commercial Register No. CH-170.4.021.748-3, UID: CHE-219.727.921) User: any individual or legal entity ("you") accessing or using SubTracker at subtracker.io. By registering or using SubTracker, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
SubTracker is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for personal and team management of recurring subscriptions and payments. The service is provided "as is" for informational and organisational purposes only. SubTracker does not provide financial advice, tax advice, legal advice or any professional service. All data displayed in SubTracker is based solely on information manually entered by users. We do not access your bank accounts, credit cards or any financial institutions. SubTracker is not a payment processor, financial institution, or investment service.
3. Registration & Account
3.1 You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. 3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date. 3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. 3.4 You may hold only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. 3.5 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach at hello@subtracker.io.
4. Plans, Pricing & Billing
4.1 SubTracker offers a Free plan and paid plans (Plus, Family). The current pricing is displayed at subtracker.io/pricing and in the app under Settings → Plan & Billing. 4.2 All prices are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. 4.3 Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. 4.4 You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law. 4.5 Annual plans are billed as a single charge at the start of the billing year. Early cancellation of an annual plan does not entitle you to a partial refund. 4.6 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use SubTracker for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure • Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers against SubTracker • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the service • Transmit malware, viruses or harmful code • Impersonate another person or entity • Use SubTracker to store or transmit illegal, infringing or harmful content • Exceed the subscription limits of your plan Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Data & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (subtracker.io/privacy), which forms an integral part of these Terms. You retain ownership of all data you enter into SubTracker. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your data for the purpose of providing the service. You may export your data at any time (Settings → Export) and request deletion of your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account).
7. Intellectual Property
SubTracker, its software, design, brand, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Innopulse Consulting GmbH. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from SubTracker's code or content without prior written permission. Your subscription data and personal content remain your property.
8. Availability & Service Levels
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: 9.1 SubTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 9.2 Innopulse Consulting GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. 9.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of SubTracker shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. 9.4 We are not responsible for decisions made based on data displayed in SubTracker.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innopulse Consulting GmbH, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use SubTracker ceases immediately. We will retain data only as required by law.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence also apply.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@subtracker.io to resolve any dispute informally. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues directly. For EU consumers: You may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of SubTracker after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
